We want you to adore your Harbour items. 

However, if you are not satisfied with your items please send an email to lissa@shopharbourclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Once your return request is approved we will send you an Return Authorization number. 

In order for the return to be approved it must meet these requirements: 

- Items must be in good condition and in original packaging

- RA number must be included on the outside of the box

- Items have not been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way. 

- Received within 10 days of RA being issued, after 10 days RA will be voided. 

We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our policy requirements. 

Once your returned is received and inspected we will send you an email confirming that item has been received and a refund will be issued for the amount of purchase price plus sales tax to your original method of payment. 

For Gift Returns: You will receive a credit for the value of your order. Once the return had been received and processed we will issue a credit.
